It offers dual compensation plans where you choose the compensation model that’s right for you, based on your current place in your real estate business. You can choose between a 100% plan where it retains just $500 a file with a $5,000 cap or you can choose an 8020 plan with a $15,000 cap where now you can start and run your own real estate company all while retaining support, marketing tools and growth opportunities. You can unlock the ability to earn Revenue share on agents you attract to The Brokerage.

LPT's Mission and Vision

As your brokerage, it’s our job to give you an unfair advantage over other agents. We build the ‘unfair advantage’ for you through marketing, technology, education and compensation

LPT’s Revenue share plan is simple. The agents you sponsor into the brokerage become your first level and you if you’re on the revenue share plan can receive Revenue share. The agents they sponsor into The Brokerage become your level two, level three, level four, five, six and seven.

LPT Realty has a transparent Revenue share system where 50% of the company dollars are put into the revenue share pool to be shared among the seven agents who are eligible that sponsored that agent into The Brokerage but retaining 50% because the brokerage needs a sustainable path to profitability because as future shareholders you need us to be a successful business and we’re transparent about this. Other brokerages may try to hide this into fancy calculations but we do it very plain and simply so that you can count on the dollars you will receive if you opt into our rev share plan and you receive that Revenue share on every agent in your downline no matter which plan you select.
