LPT Realty New Monthly Fee Plans

Here is everything you need to know about what is coming to lpt realty from the latest update. • Connect 2.0: One of the exciting surprises that Robert announced this morning was the introduction of Optional Monthly Fee Upgrades, which will be part of Connect 2.0: o CRM Choices – Lpt will be adding TWO additional CRM tools to it’s tech stack. Lofty Enterprise will still be available at NO cost, however starting in July, you can now also choose from KvCore or FUB for a CRM upgrade of $49/month. o Transaction Management Options: Again, Dotloop will remain your no-cost option for transaction management, but in the spirit of Agent Choice, you will now be able to upgrade for an additional $10/month to either SkySlope or a second software option that will be named later on. • Lpt Plus Benefits: In what may be the most exciting news, Robert announced this new program that was created to give our agents EVEN more choices: o This program offers significant benefits ranging from leads, healthcare and prescription drug coverage, marketing materials & systems, to a cash offer platform and done-for-you listing services.
